Carlen is a highly experienced Registered Occupational Therapist based in Toowoomba, specialising in neurodiversity, autism, ADHD, trauma, and cognitive impairments. With over 9 years of experience, Carlen provides personalised occupational therapy services, including direct therapy intervention with adolescents and adults. He works closely with parents, particularly those who are neurodiverse to understand the inherent challenges within their ND profile and support them to cope with and manage their complex families. Carlen’s expertise extends to supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through NDIS support, early intervention and child development. Passionate about empowering individuals, Carlen integrates a holistic, evidence-based approach to promote independence, well-being, and growth. Whether addressing developmental challenges, supporting mental health, or enhancing daily living skills, Carlen’s compassionate, person-centred care helps individuals achieve their potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Natasha, based in Toowoomba, is highly experienced in supporting children with autism and their families. With a strong background in early intervention, she works closely with children and their families to provide tailored and effective support. Natasha offers individualised services for young children and their families, aiming to foster emotional regulation, social skills, and school readiness. Natasha’s compassionate, evidence-based approach empowers individuals to navigate challenges associated with neurodivergence, anxiety, and behavioural difficulties. Dedicated to creating positive, lasting change, Natasha provides tailored Autism support to young children and their families to help clients achieve a sense of well-being, independence, and resilience. Natasha approaches every session with exuberant warm energy where she helps individuals and families thrive.

Bobbie is a dedicated counsellor and educator in Toowoomba, passionate about fostering well-being and growth in individuals and families. Specialising in person-centred care and strength-based interventions, Bobbie offers holistic, evidence-based support for children, teens, adults, and families. With a focus on early childhood support, mental health, and developmental challenges, Bobbie provides tailored services such as counselling, family support, and community advocacy. Working with diverse individuals, including those with neurodiversity and disabilities, Bobbie helps clients build meaningful connections, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Through creative interventions and strengths-based approaches, Bobbie creates lasting, positive change in clients' lives, supporting their journey to independence and empowerment.

We’re thrilled to welcome Jenny to the Kaizen ATS team! With over 20 years of experience in the Community Services sector, Jenny brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her counselling practice. Her career has spanned working with children and youth at risk, supporting disengaged students in schools, and helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, unemployment, and dual diagnoses.


Jenny is a qualified Counsellor, registered with the Australian Counselling Association, and deeply committed to person-centred care. She believes that every individual—regardless of background or ability—has unique strengths that can be harnessed to overcome life’s challenges. Her approach is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in lived experience, making her a trusted ally for those seeking meaningful support.

Jenny is especially passionate about working with young people and those living with disabilities. She offers services to both private and NDIS clients, including carers and families, and is available for home visits and group work. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply need someone to walk alongside you, Jenny is here to help you build confidence, independence, and resilience.
