Mission focussed allied therapy services.
At Kaizen Allied Therapy Services, we believe the best way to support our clients to create meaningful change in their lives is through ensuring our clinicians are equally supported. If you're a clinician who wants to make a real difference without burning out, KaizenATS may be where you find your people.
Our neuro-affirming, trauma and family centred approach shapes everything we do. Not just words for us, it is how we exist. We honour each person's unique way of being in the world, and we extend that same respect and curiosity to our team.
We have a small team as we focus on ensuring sustainable growth, that provides continuity, safety and quality support, both for our clients and our team. We are now ready to further expand our team, holding on to those same values.
Clinicians who join our team become a part of a collaborative, playful, grounded team that values authentic, quality services over a buck, connection over perfection, sustainability over hustle, and growth that feels manageable and supported.
Our space reflects our philosophy; relaxed and welcoming, a little raw around the edges, playful and deeply human. It's a place where clinicians can come to breathe, engage in meaningful work that makes a difference, create and grow with confidence.
Supervision is supportive and tailored to ensure you feel heard and valued, professional development is meaningful and your voice and interests genuinely shapes our service. We are flexible with hours, with most clinical services delivered on site but using a hybrid model for flexibility and best practice service provision. Everyone on our team has worked from home and values feeling a part of a team where we can come together, touch base, have a coffee and chat and feel a part of a community. Carlen is very experienced in providing clinical supervision having been a Clinical Leader at his previous workplace and delivering professional development training to other professionals and services.
When people ask Natasha and I why we stepped out on our own together, it is because we genuinely love working together and wanted to create a workplace culture that is authentic, grounded, collaborative and sustainable. So far, we have hired clinicians who have approached us because of who we are and how we work. Now we want to let other's know we are open to growing a bit more.
We are predominantly seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team, however are open to a Psychologist (Registered or Clinical) or a Speech & Language Therapist too.
If it sounds like you fit with our values and would like to hear more, please get in touch via email: admin@kaizenats.com.au
