Natasha Pascoe

Co-Director and Early Childhood Therapist


 Natasha, based in Toowoomba, is highly experienced in supporting autism, neurodiversity, and mental health. Natasha works closely with children and their families to provide tailored and effective support. Natasha offers tailored services for children, adolescents, and families, aiming to foster emotional regulation, social skills, and personal growth. Natasha’s compassionate, evidence-based approach empowers individuals to navigate challenges associated with neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and behavioural difficulties. Dedicated to creating positive, lasting change, Natasha provides fun, play based therapy sessions and behavioural support to help clients achieve a sense of well-being, independence, and resilience.

Compassionate, tailored, neurodiverse support.

Natasha has a Bachelor of Science (Psychology), a Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies and is currently completing her Masters of Autism Studies. She has worked with paediatric populations in a variety of settings and roles across the Toowoomba region.


Natasha enjoys working as part of a team to combine knowledge and expertise, in order to create tailored therapeutic interventions that are enjoyable, individualised and person-centred. 


Her key interest area is working with neurodiverse children and their families, using a combination of play-based and evidence-based interventions, to create meaningful goal progression and optimal health and wellbeing outcomes.  


She enjoys connecting with children and their families and believes that genuine positive relationships and connections are the cornerstone of any successful therapeutic intervention.


Natasha is passionate about creating a compassionate, respectful and fun therapeutic environment that provides ‘just-right’ supports and opportunities, in order to unlock each child's potential.
